We’ve worked across every part of residential property, from lettings to ground-up development. We love finding the potential in overlooked sites and buildings, and we’re backed by a strong network of private funders, so we can move quickly when the right one comes up.
Founder · Acquisitions & development
Over 17 years in property, working end to end across acquisition, development and management. For the last six years Alex has partnered with private funders, delivering strong returns and building relationships that last. Over 50 deals completed, from single refurbs to new builds and large conversions.
Co-founder · Brand, design & operations
A degree in Brand Management and a background with leading high-street retailers. Olivia is the organisation and the design eye behind every project, from how a scheme is laid out to how it’s presented to buyers, tenants and investors.

A landmark former hotel, empty and boarded for years, now being converted into a 16-unit residential scheme. It’s the biggest project we’ve taken on so far.
Track record
Every project starts the same way. We find the opportunity, underwrite it conservatively and secure the site before any investor money goes in.
New build · Pemberton, Wigan
Two family homes built from the ground up on the Chatsworth Street plot. We ran the whole build ourselves, from foundations and site preparation through to handover, with independent new-build inspections at every stage.
HMO & office · Wigan
A 4-bed HMO with ground-floor commercial office space, fully funded by one private investor at 12%.
3-bed renovation · Orrell, Wigan
A full renovation of a three-bedroom home, finished with an open-plan kitchen diner and island.
4-bed renovation · Wigan
A full renovation of a four-bedroom house, completed in nine months.
Rebuild · Wigan
A detached bungalow taken back to its shell: three external walls removed, new steelwork and roof, a wrap-around extension, new windows, render and landscaping. Delivered in five months.
